Sales & Events Specialist

The Sales & Events Specialist is responsible for driving room bookings, corporate accounts, long-stay stays, and events business for The Ancestry Suites. This role focuses on increasing revenue through proactive sales, client relationship management, and securing social and corporate events.

  • • Generate room sales, group bookings, corporate accounts, and long-stay business
    • Promote and secure meetings, seminars, trainings, and private events
    • Conduct client visits, site inspections, and sales presentations
    • Prepare proposals, contracts, rates, and event packages
    • Submit sales call reports and maintain account updates
    • Build strong relationships with corporate, government, travel, and event organizer accounts
    • Coordinate with Operations, F&B, and Marketing for smooth event execution
    • Monitor competitor activity, sales performance, and monthly KPIs

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, events, or corporate sales
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
    • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
    • Willing to do field sales and regular client visits
