IT Specialist
The IT Specialist supports the day-to-day technology needs of The Ancestry Suites, ensuring that all systems, equipment, and connectivity function smoothly to support operations, staff, and guests.

Maintain and monitor internet, Wi-Fi, and network systems across the property
Provide basic technical support for staff computers, printers, POS, and office equipment
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly
Ensure proper setup and maintenance of CCTV, access systems, and other basic IT equipment
Assist with system updates, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices
Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed
Ensure minimal downtime to support daily hotel operations

Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Experience in hospitality or service environments is an advantage
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to respond to urgent technical concerns
Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Guest Service – Front Office
A Guest Service – Front Office plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of hotels, resorts, or other establishments. The position involves welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating various guest services.

Perform Guest Services duties - greet, meet and assist all guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
Provide information and assistance to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations, room assignments, and room availability in the hotels property management system.
Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, ensuring accurate transaction processing.
Relay important guest information, requests, or special instructions to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and financial transactions.
Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
